An incident occurred in Casino NSW on Friday 12th October 2012 involving a Redmond Gary Australia Telefly Elevating Work Platform which failed and ejected two employees.
Redmond Gary therefore request all Redmond Gary Australia Telefly Elevating Work Platforms to be immediately removed from service and danger tagged.
