Australasian Legal Information Institute
The Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) provides free internet access to Australian legal materials. It is one of the largest sources of legal materials on the net. AustLII publishes public legal information -- that is, primary legal materials (legislation, treaties and decisions of courts and tribunals); and secondary legal materials created by public bodies for purposes of public access (law reform and royal commission reports for example). This is where you will find the Fair Work Act 2009.

Fair Work Australia (FWA)
At this site you will find all decisions of the tribunal, hearing lists & transcripts. You will also find up to date copies of awards and enterprise agreements.

ComLaw Online is provided by the Australian Government to give all Australians access to Government legal information and services available nationwide.
