About ETU National

Who Are We?

The ETU is the Electrical, Energy and Services Division of the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia (CEPU).

We represent Electrical, Electronic and Communications workers across the country. With approximately 55 000 workers represented by the Electrical Division and approximately 100 000 workers represented by the CEPU as a whole, makes us one of the biggest trade unions in Australia.

Members in the Electrical division are represented by the National Office based in Rosebery NSW, as well as State based offices and many regional offices. There are 70,000 members in the electrical division and we employ around 125 full time staff and officials.

The ETU works hard to increase and protect the wages and conditions of our members on a daily basis.
